Q1. Can I book multiple orders at once?

Yes, Multiple orders can be booked at one single time by simply adding them to your shopping cart. However, each order booked is subject to your delivery Pin Code being serviced by our delivery partners.

Q2. What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

We usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact us through our Contact Us page so that we can look into it.

Q3. Why am I not able to get the product shipped to my location?

Currently, we are only serviceable in and around Mysore, Karnataka. Though It is our future endeavour to service throughout India. However, If you’re in the serviceable region and it still doesn’t support delivery, it may be because of the following reasons:
  • You may have entered a wrong PIN Code.
  • Our store may have run out of stock for your desired product.

As soon as you place your order, You would receive an order confirmation mail from us with your order and shipping details

Yes, You can order any number of quantities for a particular item. The order limit, however, will be subject to the availability of stock at the time of placing the order

Q7. Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel or return a home delivery order.
  • You can cancel the order but a 2% cancellation charge would be levied which are the charges that bank charges us.
  • Once you receive the order you can return it within 2 days from the date of receipt. In case it is defective, damaged, dead on arrival or if the wrong product is delivered.

Yes, You can return the product at our physical store.

Q9. Is installation offered for products ordered through website?

Installation and demo are offered for certain items by us or through the brand or an authorised service provider. Call us to get more information on installation and demo.
